ALL PIECES ARE SHIPPED BY THE OWNER OF LAYZEE. PIECES SHIPPED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES ARE SHIPPED THROUGH UPS & USPS AND DELIVER IN 2-3 DAYS WHEN AVAILABLE ON HAND, HOWEVER WHEN INVENTORY IS SOLD OUT YOUR ORDER WILL BE PREORDERED IMMEDIATELY.( ALLOW FOR PRODUCTION TIME THIS WILL TAKE 3-5 WEEKS) DEPENDING ON QUALITY OF PIECE. ALL PRODUCTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES ARE SHIPPED THROUGH UPS & USPS AND MAY TAKE LONGER TO ARRIVE USUALLY 1-2 WEEKS. PLESE BE PATIENT FAMILY, YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER.

1. Pre-Order Policy:
- At Layzee Studios, we offer pre-order options to give you early access to our upcoming collections. By placing a pre-order, you are securing your desired item before it becomes available for general sale.
- Please note that production for pre-ordered items will commence at the end of the specified month. This means that there will be a slight delay between your purchase and the shipment of your product. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we craft each piece with care and precision.
2. Return Eligibility:
- We understand that sometimes preferences can change or circumstances may arise that necessitate a return. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, If you believe your product is damaged or the wrong size please email us at
3. Return Process For Damaged Products:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at astrogetic@gmail.com within the specified return window. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
- Once you've received your RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and tags.
- Please clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
4. Refund or Exchange:
- Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, you will have the option to receive a refund to your original payment method or exchange the item(s) for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date we receive your return.
5. Exceptions:
- Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, will not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
